My male best friend wants to go as Kylie or Amy Winehouse, my other friend is going as a 60s hippie, one of my girl friends wants to go as Michael Jackson, with the white jacket, hat and glove (?!) and I’m thinking neon-80s raver

However, there is evidence of my struggle to compete with the past. I lack the strength and agility of a real squirrel (body artist) and as such am partly hidden. The costume, is a hybrid of fancy dress and holiday female fashion, it adds a sexual, humanistic quality to the video. The humanistic quality, home made costume and lack of ‘finish’ distinguishes the work as absurd, kirsch and low fi in comparison to the art world today.
hiya. Am going out in a few weeks and its a 70′s night LoLz I dont wanna go to a fancy dress store and buy all that type of stuff (well clothes that look like its from a fancy dress shop if u get what i mean). I dont shop in chariety shops either. So i found this one from top shop. I typed in 70′s dress and this come up. I just went to a seventies theme fancy dress party. It was one of the consultants at works 40th Birthday. Everyone got totally trashed. I dressed as 70s hippie. I mean, I wasn’t even born in the bloody seventies! I think this Dr is having a midlife crisis, he was totally hitting on every young Nurse he could find (despite the fact his wife wasn’t more than 10 feet away the entire time!) I’m 22, I feel like 32! I hardly drink anymore!
